01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeta71 ("jeta71", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeta71 online gaming platform accessible at jeta71.net, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

• Not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.

jeta71 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where jeta71 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's account information may be inaccurate or that the account is being used fraudulently. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by jeta71 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

You agree to notify jeta71 promptly if any of your registered account details change, including your name, address, email address, or payment method information. Maintaining accurate account information is a condition of continued access to the Platform.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta71 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

jeta71 will never ask you for your account password, whether by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any message you receive that requests your jeta71 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to our support team at [email protected].

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jeta71 account that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available, to provide an additional layer of account security;
• Log out of your jeta71 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;

jeta71 accepts no liability for any losses suffered by a player as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials or has shared their credentials with a third party. Any bets or transactions placed using your account credentials — regardless of whether placed by you personally — are your responsibility and are binding.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeta71 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jeta71 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by individual payment providers may apply.
• Deposits are credited to your jeta71 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.
• jeta71 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour during operational hours under normal circumstances.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been fully satisfied.
• jeta71 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or bKash/Nagad account statement) before processing any withdrawal.
• jeta71 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though payment provider charges may apply.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jeta71 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on jeta71 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated period and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. • One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in your jeta71 account at a time. You must complete or forfeit any existing bonus before claiming a new one.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.

jeta71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of cancellation will have their existing bonus terms honoured. New promotions are communicated via email to registered players and published in the jeta71 promotions section.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the jeta71 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and fair. Live dealer games are operated via live video streams from real dealer studios, with outcomes determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers.

In the event of any discrepancy, the official governing body's result shall be definitive. jeta71 reserves the right to void bets where there is credible evidence of match-fixing or where the integrity of the event is in question.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta71 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one jeta71 account, whether under your own name or any alias;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to defraud jeta71 or other players;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit made to your jeta71 account through your payment provider without prior written communication to jeta71;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeta71 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's jeta71 account without authorisation.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta71 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times;
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specified timeframe;
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components;

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, jeta71's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, jeta71's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jeta71's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

In the event of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, jeta71 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach on your part, jeta71 will process a withdrawal of any legitimate remaining balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
